The ICS-40300 includes a MEMS microphone element and an impedance converter amplifier. It’s low frequency response makes it a great choice for applications that require precise phase matching. It is compatible with the INMP401 and INMP411 microphones and offers an easy upgrade path. The ICS-40300 has a linear response of up to 130 dB SPL. It offers low frequencies up to 6 Hz and thus offers excellent phase characteristics in the audio range. Low power consumption allows long battery life for portable applications. The ICS-40300 is available in the 4.72 mm × 3.76 mm × 3.5 mm package on the surface.
